Transit time is from 24 hours up to 48 hours maximum.

All orders are packed and shipped in Styrofoam boxes with frozen gel packs and and insulation to ensure our customer receives the freshest and highest quality product. Plastic inner liner is used to reduce possible water leakage and to assist in maintaining a cool temperature. All boxes are shipped by air via DHL express courier.

The fish that you order is processed from the daily catch from long line fishing boats.  We only buy the finest fresh fish from select fishermen, and our smoked products are prepared to our strict specifications, so you can order with confidence.

Our customers are responsible for necessary import licenses and/or special licenses to receive and handle food products, if any.

It is vital that someone be present at place of delivery to receive the products.  Iceland Fish Online cannot guarantee shipments that DHL is unable to deliver. All order require signature upon delivery.

Freshness during shipping is guaranteed, however, once delivery is made it is up to our customers to keep the product under the right storage conditions. Upon receipt, we recommend that you unpack all packages as soon as possible and place the seafood in the refrigerator and/or freezer, to retain freshness.

We will e-mail the DHL-tracking number when your order is shipped to help you monitor the delivery of your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you receive, be sure to call us within 24 hours of delivery and we will either replace your order, or refund your money.
